The VUT 250 H mini A12 central heat recovery unit represents a new generation of whole-house heat recovery and ventilation systems - it saves energy, removes unwanted impurities and unpleasant odours and delivers healthy filtered air to the home. Ventilation with heat recovery (exchange of air that is e.g. stuffy, contains odours from kitchens, toilets, etc.). One part of the opening draws in fresh air from outside, which is usually cooler than room temperature (especially in winter). This air is "indirectly" mixed with the air that is drawn in from the room but is already warmed to room temperature. Instead of just blowing out, it "transfers" heat (at least 85%) to the fresh air and the cold air then goes out.
