This bowl is for sprouting seeds, nuts and legumes. You can grow your own sprouts, seedlings and micro greens. The bowl has three levels - you can grow three different plants simultaneously.

How to use the Mungo sprouting bowl?
- spread the seeds on the surface of the bowl and water two times a day (a glass of water should be enough)
- the excess water is collected in the bottom bowl, which should be emptied regularly.
