The Urban Heater 190W tubular heater with infinitely variable control is designed mainly for growers and breeders of smaller animals.
The heater is suitable for growing in greenhouses, growboxes and other growing spaces.

When and why use a heater for indoor growing?
Caution, it is not possible to say for sure how long and to how many degrees you will heat the growing space. The manufacturer does not provide this information. This is because the resulting temperature is influenced not only by the power input of the heater itself, but also by the initial temperature and especially by the size of the space. The ambient temperature and how well the indoor space is insulated also have an influence.

If the initial temperature inside a 100x100x200 cm grow box (2 m3 space) is for example 10°C and you want to raise it to 20°C, this will take some time depending on the conditions. If you want to heat a 200x200x200 cm grow box (8 m3 space) from 10° C to 20° C, it will take about 4 times longer with the same power. With a lower wattage heater you probably won't be able to do it at all.

Moreover, when growing, it is not necessary to heat the whole space constantly to the maximum.

The most important thing is a constant temperature around the plants themselves. That's why heaters are mainly used to maintain a stable temperature.

What never to do with Urban Heater:
- do not turn on until it is perfectly installed
- use out of reach of children and pets
- do not tamper with if the heater is plugged in
- do not immerse in water
- do not leave the cord draped over the heater
- do not install the heater near flammable or combustible objects
- if it is not in use, unplug it from the mains
- only use a clean cloth to clean it
