• You can choose whether you want the timer to operate only during the day, only at night, or for the full 24 hours. That means you have 3 modes to choose from.
• You can just as easily switch the sensor off as on, depending on current needs.
• Once you switch off the light-detecting sensor, the interval timer will automatically run continuously in interval mode.

These digital timers allow a larger number of settings for the required switching intervals, and with exceptional precision. For example, this function is invaluable for timing pumps.

The number of switching events is not limited. The range for setting the duration during which the timer is on or off, which for the on function can be set down to seconds, is as follows:

• On time is adjustable in the range 1 – 340 seconds.
• Off time is adjustable in the range 1 – 340 minutes.

However, the clear LCD display is twice as wide so you can comfortably make full use of the extensive menu, which allows easy programming of switching times on a weekly, daily or weekend basis. A fourth option is programming the timer for half-week operation. The programmed cycle then repeats continuously until you set a new program. The menu of this innovative digital controller offers a total of 50 switching times to set. That means you can program up to 25 on times and 25 off times.

We already mentioned an important aspect at the beginning of this article, not only for indoor cultivation, which is the energy-efficient operation of mutually cooperating grow equipment. The display backlight therefore automatically turns off after one minute.

Now to the actual range of time unit settings. Nothing complicated. Both the on time and the off time are adjustable on a scale from 1 to 99. It only matters whether the units are seconds, minutes, or hours.
