The progressive Spanish brand produces, among other cultivation accessories, modern Probox grow tents, which have received considerable attention, for example at the Prague Cannafest. From our perspective they can be summed up in two words: affordable reliability. Not only in the Czech Republic have growers been enthusiastic about the excellent price-to-quality ratio, suitable even for cultivating the most demanding and sensitive plants. This, together with the growing number of customer inquiries specifically about PROBOX growboxes, prompted us to create this article, in which we clearly divide and present the main advantages of Garden Highpro grow tents.

Whether you are a professional indoor grower, or you are just starting out as a home cultivator, you will surely appreciate that Garden Highpro grow tents make high standards more accessible. ProBox Basic and EcoPro for a really solid base 

The basic product line of PROBOX grow tents from Garden Highpro consists of 7 growboxes in various sizes. Each of them is a perfect choice especially if you want a cheaper first growbox that won't disappoint you just because of its low price, but will instead pleasantly surprise you in terms of its stable aluminum frame and overall workmanship including the materials used. Even the “basic” variants of Garden Highpro cultivation boxes feature a patented, strong and stable structure, which guarantees their long service life.

So what features does the basic version of the Probox offer?

• The walls of the tent won't easily get damaged or torn thanks to the sufficiently strong and durable outer fabric Nylon 420D.
• The inner reflective material is Mylar reflective film with 97% reflectivity. Its importance is discussed more on our blog in a separate article: Which reflective films work better in a cultivation space? Glossy or matte?
• Soft, double textile openings (sockets) for ventilation together with mesh windows ensure a constantly optimal climate inside the cultivation space. That’s how it should be!
• A waterproof fabric tray prevents irrigation spills from seeping onto the bottom of the grow tent.
• Even the basic versions of the PROBOX grow tents pleasantly surprise with lightweight yet very durable zippers.
• Assembly of these growboxes is easy and quick. The same goes for handling them.

The individual models mainly differ in size and the load capacity of the aluminum frame:

• The smallest newcomer – a tent for growing smaller plants PROBOX BASIC 40 measures 40 x 40 x 160 cm and its frame has a load capacity of up to 28 kg. It is followed by the 60 and 80 variants.
• If you want the largest possible grow tent in the basic line, that will be the BASIC 240L with dimensions 240 x 120 x 200 cm and a load capacity of 36 kg. As the dimensions and photos suggest, it is the only one in the Probox Basic line with a rectangular rather than a square base. In such a cultivation space with 8 openings for intake or exhaust and a pair of cable openings, you can grow multiple taller plants, whether the topic is fragrant or medicinal herbs, juicy fruit or tasty vegetables.
• For indoor cultivation of plants on one square meter a two-meter-high version was made: PROBOX BASIC 100, followed by the more spacious 120 and 150 variants.

The above-mentioned features such as durability and long service life, quick assembly, easy handling or the waterproof tray against leaks — these are all advantages of the Garden HighPro grow tents that are also found, together with possible enhancements, in the higher ranges (see below).

OUR TIP: A great alternative to the basic cultivation boxes from GARDEN HIGHPRO are the EcoPro series grow tents, whose reflective lining uses the special Pearl PRO technology, and which for many growers may be the most price-attractive item among all grow tents in our offer. For one square meter of cultivation area, for example, Garden High ProBox EcoPro Tent 100 is suitable. Other sizes are also available, led by the long-time favorite EcoPro 60 measuring 60 x 60 x 140 cm, which is a great choice if you are looking for a quality yet inexpensive small growbox for year-round home cultivation of a smaller number of plants.

ProBox Bunker for extra-large space

The name of this PROBOX product line is more than apt, because given the dimensions and robust construction these are more like “cultivation bunkers.” Do you want to regularly grow a lot of plants comfortably at home? Do you have bigger plans indoors or simply a large hydroponic system? Large growboxes with favorable pricing will make implementation as easy as possible!

Garden Highpro PROBOX BUNKER tents are characterized by extra height, which starts at 240 cm for the lowest variant, while three of the four models (300L, 300XL and 300 XXL) already reach up to three meters in height, offering growers the following practical advantages:

• They allow cultivation of taller plant species.
• They provide enough room for both healthy plant development and related equipment from lighting to pots and circulation fans.
• Stable climatic conditions are also easier to maintain in tall cultivation boxes, which are fundamental to successful growing and abundant harvests.

Above-average load capacity (for the Probox 300XXL variant up to 129 kg!) allows easy suspension of large carbon filters as well as installation of professional LED lighting, larger discharge lamps and heavier shades (reflectors), any other accessories or practical lighting trolleys without being unnecessarily limited by the total weight of the growbox equipment.

The advantages in terms of construction quality and materials remain the same as in the basic line. However, there are some important differences:

• Large rear and front doors allow comfortable entry and provide the necessary overview of how individual plants are doing in different parts of the cultivation space.
• Another difference is the fabric used: the outer shell of these “cultivation bunkers” is made of a special extra-strong Nylon 1600D fabric.
• Double and soft ventilation sleeves are important for trouble-free air intake and exhaust.

Probox Magnum for more demanding indoor growers

The PROBOX MAGNUM product line includes one medium MAGNUM 150 and four larger grow tents (variants 240, 240L, 300L and 300XL).

Grow boxes from this series offer even demanding growers, besides top-notch mylar reflectivity (97%), a proven fabric with extra tear resistance Nylon 600D, so with reasonable care these growboxes — like the MASTER versions (see below) — will last for years even with continuous use. Contributing to this are exceptionally durable and 100% lightproof zippers, which are also found in the “master” MASTER series tents listed below.

At first glance every user will also notice the stronger patented frame with 20mm poles, which is associated with increased load capacity, a benefit we already explained. The load capacity of the smallest variant PROBOX MAGNUM 150 is 54 kg. On the other hand, the largest Garden High Pro Magnum grow box 300XL has a load capacity of 81 kg.

Probox Master – TOP grow tents even for the most demanding

The top line of 7 PROBOX MASTER growboxes from Garden High Pro also relies on excellent light reflection inside the cultivation space thanks to a certified mylar lining that is gentle on plants. A big advantage is the side Jumbo openings for even easier access to plants and control of their growth. Adequate airflow inside the tent is ensured by large mesh windows and a suitable number of double, soft and reinforced “extraction sockets” or sleeves for conveniently connecting cultivation air handling.

From this “master” series indoor growers choose the right variant of their new cultivation box based both on the total size of the cultivation space and also on whether they prefer the base to be square, which is the case for the vast majority including the best-selling ProBox Master 240, or rectangular. For every series it certainly matters not only how large plants or smaller shrubs you want to grow, but also where you plan to place the grow tent in your home.
