Perlite is made from volcanic rock that is treated by firing in kilns at high temperatures. Perlite provides an airy growing medium and improves drainage. Perlite can be widely used. The composition of perlite is of high quality, germ-free and provides an ideal water/air ratio.

Perlite is used to improve soil structure and stimulate root development.

It can also be used as a hydrological substrate. It creates a root space under the cuttings tray. This product is RHP certified.

If you want to grow new plants, you will need a substrate that is light and does not retain too much water. Simply mix perlite with a suitable base substrate in the correct proportions and you will have a soil mix that is light and dries well.

You can also use perlite as an excellent admixture in gardening, soil or coconut substrate. When preparing the substrate for sowing or propagation, perlite is used in a 1 : 3 ratio with the substrate.

By increasing the lightness and aeration of the substrates, it contributes to positive root development and easier seed germination.
