GAVITA Pro 1000 DE, is part of the GAVITA Pro-line series, which offers the latest technology in a series of robust, professional, modern luminaires, spotlights and electronic ballasts. The GAVITA Pro 1000 DE electronic ballast operates on 240V but powers professional high voltage electronic grow lamps. The GAVITA Pro 1000 is the first 240V electronic ballast that powers professional Philips GreenPower 1000 W 400 EL (electronic) lamps with a double-sided socket . This lamp has the highest PAR light output, better spectrum with the best luminosity durability (>95% PAR light for one year of use).

As the most efficient 1000 W horticultural lamp on the market, and the only lamp specifically developed for electronic ballasts, this 1000 W lamp is the right choice for Dutch and not only professional greenhouse growers. The GAVITA Pro 1000 is available as a complete kit with the high-performance professional HortiStar HR 96 1000 DE reflector, or as a remote ballast.
By making the system completely enclosed and without moving parts (no fans) with extremely low heat radiation, the ballast can be mounted close to the lamps, allowing for safe and easy installation. With the ballast mounted close to the lamp, electronic interference (radio frequency interference) is reduced.
