The Sunflower Automatic Trimmer XL is a unique and fully automated trimmer with a capacity of up to 16 kilograms per hour. The improved design improves maintenance efficiency and ease of installation. The interchangeable tumbler (roller) system is once again advanced and sets a new level for the simplest solution on the market.
This machine is made of stainless steel and represents the best in its category on the market. A unique and fully automated machine with a trimming capacity of up to 16 kilograms per hour. The dry material is loaded into a high capacity stainless steel hopper and moved on to the stainless steel container where it is trimmed. The large-capacity cylinder with a diameter of 22 centimetres provides sufficient capacity for the needs of the most demanding professional growers.
The dry matter rotates in the cylinder and moves slowly through. The adjustable blades allow you to precisely adjust the trimming gap between the blade and the reel, making clean cuts. With a trimming distance of 1 millimetre you achieve perfectly trimmed dry matter.
The trimmer is mounted on an XL workstation, through which a high-performance suction system with a capacity of 1700 Pa is connected. The system is powered by a high quality motor that helps move the dry matter smoothly throughout the trimming process.
Waste materials such as leaves and stems are automatically moved into the leaf bag. With a total weight of 90 kilograms, the machine is a robust yet fully portable solution thanks to the castors mounted on the bottom of the workstation.
