The Trimmer is a fully automated machine with a trimming capacity of up to 10kg/hr and delivers real efficiency. The flowers are loaded into a stainless steel hopper and moved on to a stainless steel tumbler where they are trimmed. The 126mm diameter tumbler provides sufficient capacity for typical small to medium volume production. The flowers rotate in the cylinder and move slowly through. Adjustable blades allow precise adjustment of the trimming gap between the blade and the reel, resulting in clean cuts. With a trimming distance of 1mm you achieve perfectly trimmed flowers. Waste materials such as leaves and stems are automatically transferred to the waste bag.

A separate suction system with a suction capacity of 1400Pa helps to move the flowers smoothly throughout the trimming process. The machine's total weight of 50kg makes it a fully portable and flexible solution.
