SunPro CMH 315W Complete Fixture without lamp

The innovative SunPro 315W CMH complete lamp with built-in ballast and shade is designed especially for hobby growers.

Advantages are low power consumption, Vegagreen shade with 95% reflectivity and very high lifetime. This SunPro Complete Fixture 315W comes in a package WITHOUT the Sunpro CMH 315W/930 or 942 lamps. These must be purchased separately! The ballast is switchable from 180-340W.

SUNPRO digital ballasts use a timed re-discharge system that prevents the load from "reloading" to a hot discharge after a power failure. If a high lamp temperature is detected, the re-start of the lamp will be delayed for 60 seconds until the lamp has cooled sufficiently to safely re-start.

The SUNPRO digital ballast automatically adjusts the output frequency to maintain a constant output regardless of input power fluctuations and lamp aging.

The SUNPRO 315W CMH Digital Ballast is suitable for use with all high quality Ceramic Metal Halide lamps.

The SUNPRO digital ballast is up to 30% more efficient than a standard magnetic ballast and produces more lumens of light per watt of energy consumed. Efficiency does not diminish and is maintained throughout the life of the unit.

The SUNPRO digital ballast uses a sophisticated software controlled circuit breaker system. The systemprotects against a number of faults including: open circuit protection, short circuit protection, over voltage protection, and over temperature protection. The ballast will perform a 3 second circuit test when ignited and in the event of a fault, the ballast will switch to protection mode to prevent damage to the ballast and lamp.

The unique design of the SUNPRO COMPLETE FIXTUR housings acts as excellent heat sink, making the ballast extremely cool without the need for internal fans.

The SUNPRO digital ballast has no noisy internal fans and operation is completely silent.

If you turn the light off, you need to let the lamp cool completely before turning it back on.
