The inert rockwool growing mats by Grodan are made of high-quality basalt fibres pressed into mats. 

The Grodan Expert growing mats contain vertical hydrophilic fibres of mineral wool, which create a single layer with consistent density. We recommend this growing mat for cultivating herbs and crops (like tomatoes and cucumbers) which need frequent watering.

Grodan Expert growing mats are reliable, inert and suitable for all plant types. They will help you harvest the best possible crops.
