Sprouting seed mix Kohlrabi, Broccoli, Alfalfa, Rocket for growing microgreens and sprouts. Pack weight 200 g
Growing microgreens from seeds is easy and can be done by a beginner or even a small child. For home growing, all you need is a tray, a suitable substrate (Grodan Cress Plate, Hempflax hemp mat, non-woven fabric, coconut or nutrient-free propagation substrate), plenty of light for green sprouts and sharp scissors for harvesting. Fresh microgreens provide a wide range of vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants and other beneficial substances.
