This device is used to regulate outtake EC ventilators according to the room temperature. Setting the device is very easy - just turn each of the knobs to the preferred setting. The minimum speed (0-100%) sets the lowest possible output of the ventilator, and the maximum speed (50-100%) sets the highest output. You can set the preferred temperature anywhere from 20 to 30° C. The hysteresis is 2 ° C - once the sensor detects that the temperature is two degrees lower than the pre-set value, it increases the ventilator's speed. Once the temperature lowers, it decreases the speed to the minimum setting.

The regulator uses a 3pole stereo jack to connect to the ventilator. The output signal can be adjusted to either PWM or 0-10V. If the ventilator supports the PWM signal, it can power the regulator. If not, it's powered by the 4m long 10V adaptor included in the package. The package also includes a temperature probe on a 4m cable.
