The KL01 is a relay for powering and switching electrical appliances. It's possible to connect more devices as long as the total load doesn't exceed the limit of the socket. For example, if the maximum load is 1200W per socket, you can plug two 600W appliances into the socket or one 1200W appliance. It has a socket for heating (or other appliances) which is on only when the rest of the switched sockets are off (and the other way around). One of the sockets remains on at all times.

The relay has built-in temperature protection, which can turn all the sockets off. In case of a power outage, the appliances will keep going for up to 200hours because of the built-in accumulator. 

Sockets:

- 4x switched socket controlled by the timer (max. 1x1200W or 2x600W per socket)
- 1x switched socket, which is turned on when the rest is off (for heating or night operation)
- 1x unswitched socket, on at all times
