Are you growing with a medium-sized setup and do not want to go to the tank every day? AutoPot Flexitank 100 l is a foldable tank for irrigation water or rainwater that comfortably supplies standard home AutoPot setups. You assemble it without tools and just as easily fold it away for storage.

What is Flexitank

AutoPot Flexitank is a foldable tank for irrigation water or rainwater for AutoPot self-watering systems. You assemble it in a few minutes without tools and just as easily fold it back down again - which means it stores and transports well. The tank is made of durable plastic reinforced with bars inserted into the seams, and at the bottom it has a drain valve compatible with standard hoses, while at the top it has a closable zip lid that protects the water from light and dirt and thus limits algae growth.

How Flexitank works with the AutoPot system

Flexitank is the reservoir for the whole setup. Place the filled tank on a level and smooth surface so the plastic is not damaged, and at least 150 mm above the highest AQUAvalve valve - gravity then takes care of the irrigation distribution itself, without a pump, electricity or a timer. You can connect the 16 mm distribution of 1Pot, 1Pot XL, Easy2Grow and the tray system directly to Flexitank, and the 9 mm distribution with AQUAvalve5 via a 16-9 mm reducer. Monitor the water level and top up the tank when it drops to around 1/3; never let it dry out completely.

Maintenance and warranty

Store the tank clean and dry. At the end of the season, rinse it out, especially if you have added fertilisers to the irrigation water - this will reduce deposits and algae growth. Keep the zip lid closed so that dirt and light do not get into the solution. The manufacturer provides a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

Connection and accessories

To close the outlet, the tap for Flexitank is suitable, for connecting the distribution the male mounting quick connector and the mounting blanking plug. Frequently asked questions

How high should the tank stand?

At least 150 mm above the highest AQUAvalve valve. This gradient ensures that the irrigation water flows into the trays by gravity alone, without a pump or electricity.

When should the tank be topped up?

As soon as the level drops to roughly one third of the volume. Never let the tank dry out completely so that air is not drawn into the distribution.
