The MTH1 is a humidistat and thermostat used for regulating the speed of a ventilator (ait intake or outtake) and maintaining the ideal climate in a room. If the humidity and/or temperature rises above the desired value, the device smoothly increases the speed of the ventilator to compensate. Once the RH and temperature stabilise, the ventilator keeps running at the pre-set minimum speed. 

Both settings have adjustable hysteresis. By setting the hysteresis, you control when the heating/cooling device turns on/off. For example, if you set the hysteresis to 2°C and the ideal temperature to 20°C, a heater will turn on at 18°C.

The LCD screen shows the current humidity + temperature, optimal humidity + temperature and whether the connected appliance is on or off. If there is any fault in the connected device, the MTH1 or the sensor, an optical and acoustic alarm turns on. The device is protected by a fuse. The package includes a temperature and humidity sensor on a 1,5m cable, a 3m power cable and brackets for attaching the humidistat to a wall.
