The Source Elements CalMag Stimulator Plus strengthens your plants and keeps the vital processes running at full capacity. It supports quick and healthy growth by providing extra calcium and magnesium. The formula has been carefully developed and optimised to work immediately and fulfil any plant's need for these two elements.

Calcium is necessary for overall growth - it literally holds the plant cells together. Without calcium, the cells can't divide, and the plant can't grow. It's also crucial in activating some of the enzymes used for growth regulation. Calcium improves the plant's resistance to diseases as well as its ability to absorb and transport nutrients.

Magnesium stands at the centre of the chlorophyll molecule. Chlorophyll is the reason plants are green - without it, they can't photosynthesise and create more energy. Magnesium has its role in protein synthesis, and it aids in activating several enzymes necessary for growth.

These elements are usually present in water and soil, but intense cultivation under LED lights can make them scarce. It's also recommended to add a CalMag solution to irrigation water filtered by reverse osmosis.
